Return policy

 In order to communicate the returns you can do the following:

• You can contact us by phone at +39 081 073 1157 from 10 to 14 and 16 to 20 Monday to Friday (closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays) Our technical department will be happy to answer your questions

For queries out of business hours, or if it’s more convenient for you to email, you can reach us on: customercare@depaspasqualedesign.it. We will contact you to arrange the return.

• We respond to all your e-mails within 24 hours

Conditions applied to European clients

We accept requests made during the first 14 days, and will refund the full amount paid; the return is free.

If you have any issues with the frames please call us or send an email to: customercare@depasqualedesign.it and our customer service will arrange with the courier shipment within 72 hours.

The glasses must be returned in the same condition you received them and with all accessories attached (eg. Case and microfibre).

Once we received and inspected the package we will refund the money.

We accept requests made during the first 14 days, and will refund the full amount paid; the cost of the return is equal to 15,00 € .

If you have any issues with the frames please call us or send an email to: customercare@depasqualedesign.it and our customer service will arrange with the courier shipment within 72 hours.
